 Maltby Community Club Facilities:
The Club and it's facilities are available for anyone to rent. Rentals for private parties
and wedding receptions are common.
The Club has a large kitchen with a refrigerator, 2 stoves, a warming rack, and a microwave.
Large coffee pots and utensils are available for use.
The occupancy rating for the building is 205 people. The Club
has seats available for 200 people as well as 15 tables which will seat about 90 people.
All on the wood dance floor which is 40' by 50' with a large stage
Noise Limits: County Code requires music not disturb neighbors after 10 PM so parties must
end at 10 PM.
Large parties serving alcohol may be required to hire off-duty police officers as security and
purchase insurance to cover the Club.

Rental Rates:
24 hour rental for Fridays and Saturdays - $350. Rental rates include time spent for
decoration and cleanup.
There is a refundable damage deposit of $250, $350 if alcohol is served.
Rentals at other times are set at $25 per hour with a 2 hour minimum of $65.
Rentals are reserved upon the signing of a rental contract and receipt of a deposit.
Other rental rates can be negotiated for regular classes and/or other activities that benefit the Community.
